Returns & Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

  • A receipt, order number, or proof of purchase is required.

  • Certain items (such as intimate/health items, personalized items, or final sale items) may not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free, and we do not charge any restocking fees.

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order details. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
